Situation due to covid-19
Currently, some of the great tournament has been cancelled already, we all know that. And it's sad. We are monitoring the situation as well and hoping that before the second part of the summer (that's when SUN BEAM is planned to be) situation will be under control and we will be able to enjoy ourselves.
Due to the facing issues we postponed payment* dates:
1. To secure your spot you should pay for at least 8 players (45€ per player) before the 1st of May.
2. If you will not secure your spot before the 1st of May, we will ask you to pay the late bid – 50€ per player before the 15th of May or you will lose the spot for your team.
3. After securing a spot by paying for only 8 players, we will ask you to pay the fees for all the remaining players before the 15th of June, but the late bid will apply (50€). If you will fail to pay the remaining fees on-time – players will have to pay the last call bid (55€) before the 1st of July.
4. If after 1st of July there are players on your team that haven't paid yet but would like to play with your team – please contact us by e-mail to discuss this possibility personally.
* - Worst case scenario: we will be refunding your paid player fees.
