Registration to SUN BEAM 2019 is OPEN!
This year we are going for only MIXED division and the tournament itself for the first time will last for 3 full days. Three days of the softest sand, competitive Ultimate, parties and the best mood with your ultimate buddies from all over the Europe and beyond.
What You need to know?
The main things you probably want to know are:
WHEN?
- 19-21 of July 2019. Yes, this time SUN BEAM will last for 3 days!!!
WHERE?
- Smiltynė beach (UNESCO site), Klaipėda city, Lithuania. Closest airport - Palanga (PLQ). Other possible landing options - Kaunas (KUN), Vilnius (VNO), Riga (RIX).
WHAT DIVISIONS?
- miXed
ACCOMMODATION?

SUN??
- BEAM is an amazing place, believe us, you want to be there even when there's no sun. But of course, we are negotiating for some warm sunshine as well and we promise to do everything we can :)
Team registration
When registering we will ask you to present:
- Your team name;
- Preferred division;
- Approximate number of players;
- Home city & Country;
- Team rep. name, phone number & E-mail;
- Team photo.

Fees and Deadlines
Early & late bids have different prices. Register your team, gather funds & pay before the deadline - save money - book & pay early!
Player Fee: early bid 45€, late bid – 50€, last call – 55€.
NO TEAM FEE
On 1'st of April we will invite 24 teams to participate in SUN BEAM 2019. The invited teams will be able to secure their spots by paying 8 player fees (45€) before 1'st of May. Adding players after that will cost the same price.
If you will not secure your spot before 1'st of May, we will ask you to pay the late bid – 50€ per player. This price is eligible until 1'st of June. Adding players after that date will cost the same price as you payed when securing the spot for your team.
Last call! – the teams that will be joining after the 1'st of June will be asked to pay 55€ per player.
Refunds
We will refund 100% before 1'st of May.
Between 1'st of May and 1'st of June, we will refund 70%.
Between 1'st of June and 1'st of July we will be only refunding 40% of the fee.
No refunds for drop out's after 1'st of July, sorry guys, your money has been spent already... :(
